Not for Free. Not for Studio either, which is an upgrade you make inside the app. Atelier and Maison run a 16-day trial that does ask for a card up front, with nothing charged until day 17. Billing runs through your normal Shopify invoice, and uninstalling before day 17 ends the trial owing nothing.

What happens when I hit my order cap?

At 90% we tell you, in the app and by email. At 100% a 7-day grace period starts and everything keeps working. After grace, new reviews queue until you add a Boost or change plan. Charges never appear on their own.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10, on every paid plan: Studio works out at $24.17 a month, Atelier at $82.50, Maison at $207.50.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Shopify prorates the change on your invoice, and your reviews, replies, and settings carry over untouched.
