These terms govern the BeyondReviews partner program between BeyondReviews, operated by Simon Folmann and Luca from Italy ("we"), and the approved partner ("you"). They restate what the program page promises; where this document and that page disagree, the more generous reading applies until we fix the discrepancy.
1. The commission
You earn 50 percent of the subscription revenue we actually receive from every merchant attributed to you, every month, for as long as that merchant remains an active, paying subscriber. There are no expiring referral windows on earned merchants. Upgrades raise your commission from the effective month; downgrades lower it the same way. One-time purchases (the order Boosts and the Historical Boosts) are not commissioned; recurring subscriptions (base plans, UGC Studio) are.
The 50 percent rate is locked for the lifetime of each attributed merchant at the rate in force when that merchant first converted. If the program rate ever changes, it changes only for merchants attributed after the change, and we tell you first.
2. Attribution
Attribution is last-touch with a 90-day window from click to install. Self-referrals are excluded: a store whose domain or ownership matches your partner registration does not commission. If two partners genuinely collide on one merchant, the later touch wins, per last-touch.
3. Payouts
Payouts run monthly on the 5th for the prior calendar month, via PayPal or Wise, in the currency you choose at registration. The minimum payout is $50; balances below the minimum roll over and never expire. You are responsible for your own taxes; US partners earning $600 or more in a year receive a 1099-NEC.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
Commission is paid on money we keep. If a merchant's subscription charge is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is deducted from your balance in the next statement. If that leaves the balance negative, it nets against future earnings; we never invoice you.
5. The partner promo code
Your optional promo code gives merchants 20 percent off their first three months. The discount comes out of the shared pool: you earn 50 percent of the discounted amount for months one to three, then 50 percent of the full amount. Using it is always your choice.
6. What ends the arrangement
We remove partners for misleading claims about the product, spam, self-referral schemes, bidding on our brand terms, or coupon-site listings, since the program is not for coupon, deal, or cashback sites. Removal for cause forfeits unpaid commissions from the conduct at issue; honest earned commissions are paid out. You can leave any time, and earned commissions keep paying out per section 1.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email. Changes never reduce the rate on already-attributed merchants (section 1). Continuing in the program after notice is acceptance.
