Can I start now?
Very soon. We launch in the next few weeks, and these answers are how billing works from then. Join the list and you’ll hear first.
Do I need a card to start?
No. We never take a card. Paid plans go on your Shopify invoice, through the payment method your store already uses. Studio bills from the day you move up. Atelier and Maison run a 16-day trial with nothing charged until day 17, and uninstalling before day 17 ends the trial owing nothing.
What happens when I hit my order cap?
At 90% we tell you, in the app and by email. At 100% a 3-day grace period starts and everything keeps working. After grace, new reviews queue until you add a Boost or change plan. Charges never appear on their own.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10, on every paid plan: Studio works out at $24.17 a month, Atelier at $82.50, Maison at $207.50.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Shopify prorates the change on your invoice, and your reviews, replies, and settings carry over untouched.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside Shopify. No contract, no cancellation fee. Billing is monthly through your Shopify invoice and stops when you downgrade or uninstall. Prices are in US dollars.
What does the free plan actually include?
A hundred orders a month, unlimited review-request emails, 100 reviews processed, 10 AI replies. Photo and video reviews, star ratings on your Google results, full support: all included, because none of those is a premium feature. The widget carries our branding until you upgrade.
Do I pay anything to start?
Nothing on the free plan. Atelier and Maison run a 16-day trial, charged on day 17 through your Shopify invoice. Uninstall before then and nothing is owed.
