What happened to the Shopify Product Reviews app?
Shopify removed it from the App Store on 5 September 2023, blocking new installs, then fully deprecated it on 6 May 2024. After that date the app stopped displaying reviews, so any store still on it has lost its review display and needs to migrate.
How do I migrate my old reviews?
Export your reviews from the Shopify Product Reviews app as a CSV while you still can, then import that CSV into your new app. Judge.me, Junip and most others support CSV import, so your existing reviews carry over.
What is the best free replacement?
Judge.me. It is free like the native app but does far more, and it is the most search-friendly. Junip is the other strong free option.

Is the Shopify Product Reviews app still available?
