What happened to the Shopify Product Reviews app?
Shopify removed it from the App Store on 5 September 2023, blocking new installs, then fully deprecated it on 6 May 2024. After that date the app stopped displaying reviews, so any store still on it has lost its review display and needs to migrate.
How do I migrate my old reviews?
Export your reviews from the Shopify Product Reviews app as a CSV while you still can, then import that CSV into your new app. Importing reviews is part of BeyondReviews setup and they count toward your rating from day one; Judge.me, Junip and most others support CSV import too.
